Refunds
We are always happy to provide a refund on items for whatever reason, provided they are returned in original unused and saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for P&P on returns and sadly we cannot be responsible for the delivery of returns – so please obtain a proof of postage. Claims for outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. Please note we are not able to refund personalised items unless incorrect as a result of an error on our part..
