DaisyDean may occasionally have to subsitute items within a gift set, but will ensure that items will be replaced with goods of equal or higher value.
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of many of our gifts, DaisyDean will not despatch goods until cleared payment has been received.
DaisyDean will not be liable for incorrect delivery details given by the customer.
DaisyDean shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for a claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
